河南普瑞制藥有限公司成立于2004年，是一家科工貿一體的集團化制藥企業，坐落在國家歷史文化名城河南省周口市，現擁有固有資產約2億元，現有職工400余人，以原料藥、醫藥中間體，片劑、膠囊劑、注射劑的生產和銷售為主導，其中抗膽堿類原料藥與制劑約占全國市場份額的60%。
河南普瑞制藥有限公司位于河南省西華縣產業集聚區，占地面積12萬平方米以上。公司嚴格執行國家《藥品生產管理規范》，是心腦血管、抗腫瘤、新型抗生素、抗膽堿類等原料藥和國家急搶救藥品原料及中間體的專業生產商、國家GMP認證企業。同時，公司已經對硫酸阿托品，硫酸氫氯吡格雷、氟康唑等原料藥產品進行美國DMF文件申報。
河南普瑞制藥有限公司的研發力量雄厚，在鄭州高新技術產業開發區設有一個藥物創新研發中心，專業從事藥品研發、申報、技術轉讓工作。研發中心擁有30多名經驗豐富的專業技術人員，，其中博士生學歷2名，研究生學歷10名，公司擁有進口液相20臺，進口高效液相色譜儀、氣相色譜儀、紫外分光光度計、紅外分光光度計、旋光儀、分析天平、智能溶出儀等一大批完善、先進的精密儀器設備。公司以市場需求科技創新為立足點，已和北京大學、上海復旦大學藥物研究所、上海醫工院、鄭州大學藥學院等科研單位建立了長期廣泛的戰略合作關系。
目前，公司正在鄭州國家高技術生物醫藥基地建設完成第2個生產基地。該生產基地占地7萬平方米，總投資超過3億元，將嚴格完全按照美國CGMP標準建造。實際投產后將通過國內GMP、美國CGMP及歐盟CEP等相關認證。

Henan PURUI Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd is strong in research and development. R & D center has nearly 100 experienced professional and technical personnel, has imported high-performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, UV spectrophotometer, infrared spectrophotometric meter, polar meter, analysis of balance, intelligent dissolution instrument, such as a large number of perfect and advanced precision instrument and equipment. Based on the markets, the company developed a variety of medicines, such as atorvastatin calcium, Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate and other markets. Since its establishment, the company has the Peking University, Shanghai institute of medicine, Fudan University, Shanghai institute of medicine, Zhengzhou University medical school and other scientific research institutes to establish a long-term strategic cooperative relation.
